Lauren is a Vice President at Brook Run Partners with six years of transaction experience spanning both advisory and principal roles. Prior to Brook Run, she spent four years at Harris Williams advising middle market companies on sell-side M&A transactions, followed by two years in corporate development at a national fixed base operator executing add-on acquisitions and managing post-close integrations. Her experience on both sides of the table uniquely positions her to anticipate buyer behavior and serve as a trusted partner to business owners throughout every stage of the transaction process.
Lauren holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Manderson Graduate School of Business and a B.S., both from the The University of Alabama.
