Matt is an M&A Advisor at Brook Run Partners. Prior to Brook Run, Matt spent a combined 10 years in accounting and finance at KPMG and BGS Consulting, where he provided accounting and finance advisory, sell-side diligence preparation, and Quality of Earnings analysis to lower and middle market companies. Matt also helped lead business development efforts at BGS.
Matt earned his B.S. from the College of Business and Economics at Longwood University.
